Important Notice: Intermittent Control of Roads in the Gyirong Port Area!
ContentRecently, the Traffic Police Brigade of the Gyirong Port Public Security Bureau issued an important traffic control announcement: Due to the damage to the road caused by the mountain torrent disaster on September 27, 2024, intermittent traffic control will be implemented to repair the G216 from Gyirong Town to Gyirong Port. To ensure the safety of passing vehicles and pedestrians, the following are detailed information on the traffic arrangements:
Closure Time
According to the announcement, the closure will last from April 15, 2025, to October 31, 2025.
Intermittent Traffic Time
To reduce the impact on the lives of nearby residents, the Public Security Bureau has arranged intermittent passage time for passing vehicles. The specific arrangements are as follows:
Monday and Friday: 12:30 to 17:00, two-way traffic.
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday: 12:30-16:00, two-way traffic.
The construction site will be closed and inaccessible during the non-traffic period. Please arrange your travel time reasonably. During the traffic period, vehicles and pedestrians must strictly abide by the traffic instructions to ensure safety and order.
