I am Kalsang, the travel consultant of Tibet Horizon. I have two years of experience working at Tibethorizon, focusing on providing high-quality travel services to visitors in Tibet. I have accumulated extensive experience in itinerary design, client communication, and team coordination, allowing me to tailor unique travel experiences based on clients' needs. I am well-versed in various Tibetan attractions and can provide in-depth cultural and historical insights to ensure that clients have memorable experiences during their journeys.

My key responsibilities include providing one-on-one travel consultation, understanding, and meeting client needs; coordinating all travel services, including transportation, accommodation, and guide arrangements; following up on client feedback to ensure their travel experience exceeds expectations; resolving any issues that may arise during the trip, ensuring client satisfaction.

With excellent client communication and service skills, familiarity with Tibetan travel resources and cultural backgroundand, and ability to independently design and execute complex travel itineraries, I've gained recognition of my clients. I'm also proficient in team coordination and project management.
