To get from Kathmandu Tribhuvan International Airport to Kathmandu downtown, you have several convenient options:
By Taxi/Car-hailing: Taxis are readily available outside the airport. Alternatively, you can use ride-hailing apps like in Drive, Pathao and Sarathi. The fares are usually calculated based on the distance traveled.
By Bus: Public buses provide service from the airport to the city center. The bus stop is located near the terminals. The journey can take up to 60 minutes and costs 20 NPR per person.
