The first phase is from January 1, 2021 to March 15, 2021,
The second stage is from October 15, 2021 to December 31, 2021.

4) Hotels and Restaurants

The prices of 3-star hotels (including above 3-star hotels) and international brands, boutique hotels shall be implemented according to the off-season prices.

5) Airlines

Airlines implement off-season prices, and sign agreements with travel agencies in Tibetto guarantee a certain number of seats.

6) Charter Flights and Special Trains

Charter flight reward: the travel agency that organizes tourists to Tibet in the form of charter flight will be rewarded ifevery charter flight has more than 100 passengers (including 100 passengers );
Special train reward: the travel agency that organizes tourists to Tibet in the form of special train will be rewarded if every train has more than 300 passengers (including 300 passengers).

2、Issuing Travel Voucher of Tibet Tourism
