The Price of Covid-19 Nucleic Acid Testing in Tibet will be Lowered from Jan.29th, 2021
ContentOn Jan.28th, 2021, the reporter learned from the Medical Security Bureau of Tibetan Autonomous Region that in order to better implement the normalization requirements for the prevention and control of the novel corona virus pneumonia epidemic (Covid-19), and further lighten the burden on the masses, the Medical Security Bureau of the Autonomous Region has adjusted the prices for the novel corona virus nucleic acid test and novel corona virus antibody test items of public medical institutions in our region. After adjustment, the price of novel corona virus nucleic acid testing in tertiary public medical institutions in Tibet will be reduced from 200 yuan/person to 80 yuan/person, and in the second and lower public medical institutions to 72 yuan/person (including testing reagents). The price of novel corona virus antibody testing will be reduced from RMB 100/person to RMB 40/person (including detection reagents).
It is understood that the adjusted price will be implemented from January 29, which is the highest price limit for public medical institutions and is applicable to public medical institutions at all levels in Tibet. All public medical institutions shall strictly implement the charging standards, and publicize the name of the name, standard, basis and the content of the charging items in a prominent place.
