Because of the unstable epidemic dynamics, the local restriction policies will also be changed to due the places that you come from. A negative nucleic acid test report within 7 days or 3 days will be required. If you cannot provide the negative report before you arriving Lhasa, you will be asked to have a test before you go out. So, we highly recommended that you take the test before the starting date of your Tibet tour.

Anyone is possible to have high altitude sickness symptoms when they get to the plateau that is about 3,000m above sea level. So, tourists do not need to worry too much about it. No matter you take a train or take a flight to enter Tibet, you’d better not to take a shower after arriving at the hotel.
