A Life-Changing 12-Day Pilgrimage from Lhasa to Kathmandu

Our 12-day journey from Lhasa to Kathmandu via Everest Base Camp and Mount Kailash was nothing short of extraordinary. Tibet Horizon did an excellent job organizing everything, and the experience was both spiritual and awe-inspiring.

We began in Lhasa, visiting the iconic Potala Palace, Jokhang Temple, and Barkhor Street, soaking in the deep religious and cultural atmosphere. Then we traveled overland to Everest Base Camp, where we spent a night in a tent.

The highlight of the trip was the Kailash Kora. It was physically challenging but also deeply spiritual and rewarding. We ended our trip at the Gyirong border crossing into Nepal. Thanks to our guides for supporting us throughout the entire journey, making this challenging journey smooth and meaningful.
