This 11-day Italy to Tibet tour will allow you to experience the authentic beauty of Tibet. First, you'll fly from Italy to Chengdu. From Chengdu West Station, you'll board the renowned Qinghai-Tibet Railway, traveling westward to reach Lhasa. In Lhasa, you will visit famous temples such as the Potala Palace and the Jokhang Temple. Departing from Lhasa, you'll visit the stunning Yamdrok Lake, where you'll marvel at the striking contrast between the azure waters and the snow-capped mountains. Then, explore the historic Gyantse and Shigatse and experience the profound heritage of ancient Tibetan Buddhism. Stand at the foot of the "Top of the World" at the Everest Base Camp and feel the soul-stirring power. Passing through Gyirong, you will visit the beautiful scenery of Pelkhu Tso Lake and appreciate the profound culture of Gyirong Valley. If the Gyirong Border is closed, you will go to Zhangmu Border. Finally, return to Lhasa from Shigatse.
