The tour booking process with Tibet Tourism is quick and easy! Follow these 6 steps to realize your dream trip to Tibet:

Step 1: Submit the tour inquiry

On our website TibetTourism.com, we listed many tour packages. When you are interested in a tour: Tibet Group Tour or Private Tour, please select it and view the tour detail, and then you can submit your tour inquiry via one of these buttons: Free Inquiry, Ask a Quick Question?, Contact us or Email. After we receive your inquiry form, our travel consultant will answer to you within 24 hours.

Step 2: Receive the recommended tours and quotation

After you submit your tour inquiry, your inquiry will enter our mail system and will be handed over to a professional travel expert who will answer to you by email soon. He or she will provide a specific tour package and quotation to you based on what information you submitted online.

In order to prevent missing mail or replied mail from entering your spam mailbox, if you do not receive our email, please check your spam mailbox 24 hours after submitting the inquiry.

Step 3: Discuss with the exclusive 1-to-1 travel consultant and adjust till you are satisfied

Your 1-to-1 travel consultant will communicate with you till he or she fully understand your plan and need. He or she will adjust the proposed tour package until you are fully satisfied, incl. itinerary, hotels, vehicles, tickets, tour guide and so on.

Step 4: Confirm the tour, sign the tour contract and pay the deposit

If you like the tour package that you have discussed, you can confirm the tour and book it with us. Your travel consultant will send you the tour contract document and you need to fill in your information and sign on the tour contract.

We usually charge 20% of the total sum of your tour cost as deposit to reserve space for you. You can pay for the deposit via these Tibet Tourism payment methods.

Step 5: Apply for travel documents, book tickets and pay the balance

After we receive your document copies, incl.: passport, visa, certificate, etc., we will start hand your travel document, incl. Tibet Travel Permit, visa invitation letter, etc.
If you need us to help you book the domestic flight ticket or Qinghai-Tibet train ticket, you will need to pay 100% of ticket fee to us.

For the tour balance, you are required to pay in advance or on your arrival day. You can pay it in cash in Lhasa.

Step 6: Come to Tibet and enjoy your tour

On arrival date, you tour guide will meet you at airport or train station. You will enjoy the Tibet vacation with us.

During the trip, if you have any problem or need any help, please contact with tour guide firstly and tell your travel consultant secondly. If you are not satisfied with any of our service, please contact with your travel consultant and point it out, and give us a chance to correct it immediately.

After tour ends, please fill in the feedback paper and tell us your feeling and suggestions about our arrangements. We will improve our service based on your valuable suggestions. Thanks!
