An Unforgettable 8-Day Journey to Tibet with Friends

This 8-day trip to Tibet had been something a few friends and I had been looking forward to. After a short break in Lhasa on the first day to acclimate to the plateau, we visited a renowned restaurant to sample local specialties. With all the anticipation we'd been waiting for, we felt incredibly relaxed. On the way to Mount Everest, we passed Yamdrok Lake, which was incredibly beautiful, exceeding all our expectations. The azure waters stretched into the distance, seemingly endless. We were fortunate enough to witness the sunrise from Everest Base Camp, where we made a beautiful wish together. The scenery of the Gyirong Valley was unlike any other. The lush green valley nestled between towering snow-capped mountains, and the air was refreshingly moist and refreshing, a truly delightful experience.
