8-Day Lhasa EBC Gyirong Loop Tour

This was a well organized excellent tour. After arriving at Lhasa Airport, our guide and driver warmly greeted us at the exit and escorted us to our hotel. Along the way, we caught glimpses of Lhasa’s charm, which heightened our excitement for the journey ahead.

Our tour began with visits to the iconic Potala Palace and Jokhang Temple, followed by an overnight stay in Shigatse. We then traveled along rugged desert roads to reach Everest Base Camp, where spending the night in a tent under the stars was an unforgettable highlight. The journey from Gyirong to Shigatse and back offered breathtaking scenery throughout. Our guide, the friendly Tseten Namgyal, was enthusiastic and knowledgeable, sharing insights about each site and providing invaluable support during the trip.
