Lhasa, Nyingchi, Bomi: 9-Day Journey Through Tibet’s Beauty

The 9 days in Lhasa and Nyingchi felt like traveling through a vast plateau landscape. The golden dome of the Potala Palace shone in the sunlight, devotees silently circumambulated the Jokhang Temple, and the bustling Barkhor Street gave me a sense of the vitality of this ancient city.

As we drove east, passing Shuba Ancient Fort, the mist-shrouded Lulang Forest felt like a fairyland. Galang Lake and Guxiang Lake serenely reflected the snow-capped mountains. The grandeur of Bomi, Ranwu Lake, and the Laigu Glacier all made me realize the majesty of nature.

The most unforgettable moments of the trip were Basongtso Lake and Yamdrok Lake. The azure waters, the distant snow-capped mountains, the herds of yaks, and the alpine pastures evoked a sense of tranquility. In just 9 days, I fell completely in love with Tibet.
