The 10-day Lhasa Yamdrok EBC Kailash tour was an adventure of a lifetime. Lhasa’s ancient temples were rich in history and culture. Yamdrok Lake’s beauty was indescribable, like a gem in the mountains. At EBC, the scale of Mount Everest was overwhelming. I couldn’t believe that I was so close to the world’s highest peak! The Kailash Mansarovar Yatra was a unique experience, connecting with the local faith and traditions. Although it’s physically challenging, it’s rewarding as you can learn about pilgrims’ practices and immerse yourself in the natural landscape. The journey to Shiquanhe and the flight back to Lhasa added a touch of convenience. The diverse landscapes in the trip, from high-altitude grassland to snow-capped mountains, were all breathtaking. The tour was well-organized by Tibet Horizon, and I felt safe throughout. I’d highly recommend this tour to anyone seeking adventure and spiritual discovery.
