We Had an Amazing Journey in Tibet: Xi'an & Nyingchi & Bomi & Lhasa

Flying from Xi'an to Lhasa was truly an amazing choice. My husband and I have always been fascinated by Chinese culture, but we never had the opportunity to visit China until now. This trip allowed us to experience various unique aspects of Chinese culture: the bustling atmosphere of the Tang Dynasty at the Great Tang All Day Mall in Xi'an, and the simplicity and purity of Tibetan culture in Tibet, where the essence of Buddhism touched our souls and purified our hearts. We never imagined we could experience such beauty in China. It was truly spectacular. After flying from Xi'an to Nyingchi, our guide led us on a picnic in the Lulang Forest, where walking through the forest felt like stepping into a fairy tale. Strolling along the winding, flower-filled Niyang River brought a unique sense of peace and relaxation. The sacred Potala Palace left me in awe of ancient wisdom, and the experiences at Barkhor Street and Jokhang Temple provided a different and profound perspective. The Dalai Lama's residence and the deep influence of Buddhist culture deeply moved us. Our guide also took us to a village near Yamdrok Lake, where we enjoyed traditional Tibetan food like butter tea and tsampa, immersing ourselves in the local lifestyle. The blue skies, clear waters, mountains, and rivers created breathtaking scenery. My husband and I took many beautiful photos, which will be our most cherished memories.
