Epic Journey from Shanghai to Tibet with Captivating Everest Encounter

We took a grand and epic journey in China. We arrived in Shanghai first, an international metropolitan city. It’s modern and vibrant. Flying to Lhasa, the capital city, offers a different vibe. The way local people live and the landscapes changed completely. We felt the solemnity and tranquility at Potala Palace, Sera Monastery and Drepung Monastery and we appreciated the unparalleled view of Mt. Everest. We stayed in tents for a night to see the Milky Way and sunrise. It’s stunning and I can’t depict it merely through words. Maybe in the future, I’ll come back to China and travel to Tibet again!
