Recommended Loop Tour Route in Gannan with Natural and Cultural Encounters

This 8-day Gannan trip went smoothly. We flew to Lanzhou from Beijing and our guide picked us up on time. We then headed to southern Gansu, visiting natural and cultural sites like Guomang Wetland, Langmu Temple, Zhagana, Labrang Monastery, and Meiren Prairie. We fully appreciate the beautiful scenery while feeling the rich religious atmosphere at these Tibetan Buddhist temples. Langmu Temple offers the closest cultural experience to Lhasa Tibet without having to actually visit Tibet itself. The complex itself is massive and beautifully decorated. Meiren Grassland is a unique alpine meadow grassland. The terrain slopes gently and the scenery is peculiar. We saw many wildflowers, white stones and sheep there. The view is just beautiful. We ended this tour in Lanzhou with an enriching travel experience.
