This journey from Lhasa to Yamdrok, EBC, Kailash, and finally the Guge Kingdom was filled with awe and emotion. The grandeur of the Potala Palace, the tranquility of Yamdrok , the magnificence of Everest, and the holiness of Kailash exceeded all my expectations. The Guge Kingdom ruins were the most impressive part of this Tibet trip. As the remnants of a once-glorious ancient civilization, the ruins of the Guge Kingdom are rich in history and cultural significance. Standing before the site, I could almost feel the glory and mystery of that era. The murals, carvings, and ancient architecture all reveal the wisdom and artistry of the Guge Kingdom. The guide's detailed explanations gave me a deeper understanding of this enigmatic kingdom, and its close ties to Tibetan Buddhism offered me a new perspective on the history of Tibet.
