A Himalayan Adventure from Kathmandu to Lhasa: Culminating in Tsurphu Moanstery

My journey through the Himalayas, starting from Kathmandu to Lhasa and culminating in the Tsurphu Moanstery, was a wonderful experience. Beginning with a smooth transition to Tibet via Gyirong, we visited EBC, Tashilhunpo Monastery, and Lhasa city landmarks. After that, we went to the sacred Namtso Lake not far from the Lhasa City. Its clean and blue waters reflect the surrounding mountains and white clouds, forming a captivating scene. Before returning to Lhasa, we went to Tsurphu Monastery nestled in the hills. There, I gained a deeper understanding of the Tibetan Buddhist philosophy. I also enjoyed a panoramic view of its surrounding scenery. The beautiful views and tranquil atmosphere truly purify my soul.

This tour perfectly blends with natural sightseeing and cultural exploration. The arrangement made by Tibet Horizon was great and our guide Mr. Karma was kind and knowledgeable. I really enjoyed this trip!
